Sponsorship for Children

Hey Kids! Please ask families and friends to sponsor you for the Ironman Walk-A-Thon. They can choose to sponsor you for any amount. You can download sponsorship forms here. Please bring forms and all money collected with you the day of the walk. The top 3 kids with the most money collected will receive prizes that will be given out after the walk.

Sponsor Form Instructions

1. Sign up supporters and list the amount they pledge on the form below

2. Please collect all donations before the event June 27,2009. Checks are payable to Ironman Walk-A-Thon.

3. Turn in pledge form and donations to the registration table before the event starts at the Community Field, Main St., Unadilla (behind the library).

4. The top 3 kids with the most pledges will win prizes after the walk.
